Some students develop their skills, knowledge and motivation to a point where they are able to take up a work experience placement outside the Project.

The Project’s Work Experience and Employment Co-ordinator is responsible for identifying and arranging appropriate placements in local settings.

Individual students’ skills, preferences and support needs are taken into account when a placement is being arranged and all work experiences are monitored regularly.

Those students seeking suitable employment are given full guidance and support.
