The Project accommodates up to 18 residential students from age 18 up to 30. Students receive training in all areas of life and social skills.
At Minstead Lodge each student has his or her own comfortable and spacious room in ‘flats’, which have a lounge, kitchen and bathroom, shared with one or two other students. The Lodge also has a communal lounge as well as games/IT room. Students are actively encouraged to make their own rooms as individual and personal as possible.
Students are involved in producing their own timetables to help them fulfil their potential and allow them to express themselves fully. This allows time to work on specific areas relating to life and social skills in one-to-one sessions with their own designated member of the Care Team, their Keyworker.
